Would you like to exchange or return your items? No worries. We happily offer returns & exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

How to find your order number

You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

How to return

1. Fill in the return form you have received in your email.
2. Pack your products in the original packaging.
3. Send the package to the address mentioned in the return form.
4. We will process your return within 5 days of receiving the package. A refund may take up to 30 days to be in your bank account.

Something wrong with the product?

Does the product not live up to the standards set on our website? Please contact us. We’ll happily find a suitable solution.

Returns & Exchange policy

• Our items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Used items cannot be returned.
• We can require payment for items that have been damaged.

Refunds

If you have returned items for a refund, the purchase amount will be refunded by the same payment method you used when ordering within 30 business days.
